I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 and have been coming to B & R for the last 6 years. They charge less than half of what Infiniti charges, but more importantly, they are HONEST, which is less than I can say about my experiences at my dealership. More times than not, my dealership says I need some electrical repair and after taking my car to B & R, they tell me the "repair" is unnecessary. So they are turning away business and money with their honesty, which is why I trust them and will continue to go back when my car "really" needs service.

This shop did excellent work. I called several car audio shops to have a Bluetooth kit I had already purchased installed in my Mercedes. Most of the shops quoted me a very high price and complained about how difficult the job would be. B & R told me they could handle the job and quoted me a much lower price. I was a bit skeptical at first due to the fact the other shops were considerably higher priced but I was willing to give B & R an opportunity. WOW I am glad I did. They installed the Bluetooth kit in under the amount of time I expected and charged me a reasonable price for the work. I returned to the shop to ask a question due to my own ignorance and was again treated courteously and professionally. I will be recommending B & R to my friends and coworkers. Thank you B & R.

I started going to B & R to buy accessories for my boat install. I knew about these guys because my son had a stereo installed in his truck, and said they were awesome. Got everything I needed (cables, wire, etc) and to say these guys were helpful is an understatement. Then I decided I needed a sub woofer box - brought all my stuff in, and they made it in 2 days. VERY reasonable price, no messing around, in and out, done. These guys are busy, but, they will take the time to help you out, point you in the right direction, etc. I checked out a few of their stereo head units because I wanted a basic install to replace my factory junk radio. John took the time to explain the differences of each one I asked about. I'm not clueless, but today's technology is a lot different than when I was 18... He showed me some of the basic stuff, and as we talked more, he showed me some pretty cool stuff. A good sales/service person will be excited to show you all the features of something you've never seen before. And they'll explain it to you so you can understand it the first time. These guys a those people... You won't find a flashy store loaded down with all kinds of stuff from 500 different brands, and you certainly won't find pushy sales people. What you WILL find is knowledge, courtesy, and above all, excellent customer service. Thanks guys!
